Christmas Jumper Day
Christmas Jumper day is on Friday 14th December, Hope encourages staff and pupils to come into school wearing a Christmas jumper or t-shirt. Staff and pupils make a small donation to the pupils chosen charity and during the day pupils take part in different activities and there will be a cake sale.
Pupils brought in 50p to buy some raffle tickets for a chance to win a fantastic Easter Hamper. We drew the winning ticket and called out Junior's name who was very happy to with our Easter hamper.
The money that we have collected we used to buy more Easter Eggs that we donated to Alder Hey.
Easter Egg Collection
Over the Spring term our pupils donated and collected a range of Easter eggs which we donated to sick and injured children in Alder Hey Hospital.
Not only were we kind enough to donate ourselves but we also wrote letters to supermarkets in the local area and asked them to help with our collection. Luckily Tesco Superstore in Woolton Village replied and not only donated some Easter eggs to our collection but also donated some extra items for any children that might not like chocolate.
We would like to thank everyone that was involved in the collection!
