Class Onyx
Class Onyx is inspired by the deep, powerful colour of onyx — a symbol of belief, strength, and depth. Just like the colour, our class stands for quiet confidence, determination, and the courage to believe in ourselves and each other.
In Class Onyx, we nurture a sense of self-belief, encouraging children to face challenges with resilience and to recognise the strengths they carry within. Every day is about growing in confidence, supporting one another, and knowing that with belief, anything is possible.
A message from Miss Guest
Hello and welcome to our class page.
Here you will find information on what we are learning, the trips we will be going on and the extra special days that we take part in.
I am so excited to be teaching Onyx class again and I am looking forward to a year with lots of exciting things planned. In our class, we have myself (Miss Guest) as the teacher and Miss Vicary as the LSA to support pupils. Hope School believe that the most important element to our success is safety. This will enable us to learn freely in a happy environment. To achieve this, we accept each other and our feelings, celebrating differences and acknowledging achievements.
Each day we will upload pictures and videos of our work on to Seesaw so that you can see what the children are up to during the day. If you are unable to access Seesaw, please email me and I will support you with setting it up. The link to set it up is here:
